October Dashbox

Hello everybody!
Dashbox is a new way of purchasing and testing of cosmetics and after ordering it, you get 4-5 cosmetics and lifestyle samples. So before buying the whole product, you get to try it. I ordered an October Dashbox, which I want to share with you.

Aroma Herbal
This body oil has the scent of grapefruit and mandarin and smells absolutely divine! It costs 6, 70 € and I’m thinking about also buying a lotion (8, 20 €) or shower gel (4, 96 €).

Eye Majic
I got this full sized instant eye shadow, which I’m not sure I’ll use, because let’s face it- it’s all faster with fingers. Set of 5 products cost 4 €.

L’erbolario
I got 3 samples of shampoos and 1 sample of perfume, which I’m quite excited to use. Full sized products cost between 10 and 25 €.

Anaya
Since I have problematic skin, this skin regenerating cream seems perfect for me. I’m probably going to buy the full sized product (15, 56 €), after I test the sample.

Payot
I’ve read some nice reviews about this energy face cream so I can’t wait to use it. You can buy it for 31, 96 €.

In overall I’m a bit disappointed in products (I admit, I was expecting a nail polish), so I’m still thinking about ordering a November Dashbox. It’s definitely worth it’s price (10 €), as you get to test 5 different products and then decide if you want to buy it or not.

In October my blog Sara Wallflower reached 200 followers on Bloglovin’! To me that seems an enormous number and I’m not even sure, why so many of you actually read my blog! So in November (Fallflower) I’m going to write only posts you want me to. Would you like me to write more DIY’s, reviews, hauls, thoughts, maybe my first OOTD or anything else? Tell me in the comments and again a big thank you to all my readers!

I hope you enjoy reading blog from another teenager!

Wreck This Journal

Hello everybody!

I got my Wreck This Journal around 6 months ago and even though I still haven’t finished all the tasks, I wanted to share some of my favourite pages with you. I’m not the most artistic person, so my journal is quite wrecked. But I guess that this journal is my way to express feelings, thoughts and sudden attacks of art.

Crack the spine.

Pour, spill, drip, spit, fling your coffee here.

Chew on this.

Float this page.

Write or draw with your left hand.

Collect dead bugs here.

Climb up high, drop the journal.

I hope you enjoy reading blog from another teenager!

September Favourites

Sunday, October 05, 2014 Sara Wallflower 27 Comments

Hello everybody!

I don’t know why, but I always get excited when I realise that the month has almost ended. I just can’t wait to write about my monthly favourites, even though I’m sometimes not sure which products were my favourite in a certain month. Here are my favourite beauty/ fashion/ random products and books I’ve been loving through September!

Maybelline New York Baby: Baby Lips

I bought Baby Lips lip balm in July, but I didn’t use it so much in the summer. But recently I’ve used it quite a lot, it's always in my schoolbag. I really like that it makes my lips so soft. I expected that it’d last a bit longer, because even if I don’t drink or eat, I have to apply it again after a short time. I still love using it.

Essence Eyeshadow: Strawberry Ice Cream Shimmer Effect

I got this eyeshadow for my birthday from my friend and I’ve used it a lot ever since then. I really love the shade; it’s a light pink with shimmer effect, so it’s perfect for school. I usually just use this eyeshadow and mascara and I’m ready to go.

Red Nail Polish

I’m not a big fan of the autumn and all those autumn colours, they just seem so boring to me. But I quite like this random red nail polish. I got it with some other nail polishes, also in darker shades. I like the shade of this nail polish as it is not too dark, but it’s still quite suitable for autumn.

Afrodita Cosmetics: Young & Pure Deep Cleansing Antibacterial Effect

I often use products from Afrodita Cosmetics, but I’ve never used any cleansing gels from this brand. As I have quite problematic skin, I’ve used loads and loads of products. So I thought I’d give this one a try. It’s cleansing gel+ peeling+ mask for normal to oily skin, 3 effects in one product. I don't see any changes yet, but I've been only using it since mid-September, so I guess I'll just have to wait.

Licitar Heart

Licitars are colourfully decorated biscuits made of sweet honey dough that are a traditional symbol of Zagreb, Croatia. My mother bought me one when she went to Zagreb last week. I think licitar heart is a really lovely gift and I keep mine on the board next to my desk in my room, so I can look at it anytime.

The Vampire Diaries: L. J. Smith

Lately I’ve been obsessed with The Vampire Diaries, the television series and the book series. I know I’m a bit behind with this, but when the whole “vampire obsession” lasted, I just hated vampires. So I started reading the series of novels created by L. J. Smith in the summer and at the moment I’m reading The Return: Shadow Souls. I’m not even sure why I like The Vampire Diaries so much, but I guess the story of Elena Gilbert and two vampire brothers, Stefan and Damon Salvatore is just so exciting.

What products did you love using in September and would recommend buying them?

I hope you enjoy reading blog from another teenager!
