Healthy Breakfast Ideas with Banana

Hello everybody!

In the mornings I can’t normally function, until I eat my breakfast. And since I try to eat at least a bit healthy, I’m going to share with you my two favourite healthy breakfast ideas with bananas. I can’t afford to buy organic food or something, so I try to keep my meals as simple and healthy as they can be with eating home grown vegetables (it’s even healthier than organic vegetables from shops) and food that isn’t too expensive.

Oatmeal Cereals with Banana

Ingredients:
~oatmeal cereals
~banana
~plain low fat yogurt
~hazelnuts or any other nuts

First, put a plain low fat yogurt in a bowl. Then put in some oatmeal cereals and one banana cut into small pieces. If I eat oatmeal cereals with banana for breakfast, I also add some hazelnuts or walnuts cut into small pieces. But if I eat this for dinner, I don’t add any nuts, because they are to filling for me.

Banana Smoothie

Ingredients (for two people):
~two glasses of low fat milk
~two bananas
~cinnamon

In blender put banana cut into small pieces. Then add two glasses of low fat milk and wait until banana and milk are well mixed. Pour smoothie in the glasses and add cinnamon if desired.

I hope you enjoy reading blog from another teenager!

Love, Sara Wallflower ♥

  22. I think that healthy breakfast is really tasty, except the nuts, I refrain from all kinds of nuts and beans because of their purine content... ;) It still a healthy breakfast and can keep us going on loads of work for the whole day.!
